The dashboard turns raw runs into a picture you can act on: how you stand per engine, how it's trending, how you compare to rivals, and the actual answers behind every number.
The four panels
Per-engine breakdown
ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude are never blended into one score that hides disagreement — the engines share as little as ~11% of cited domains. Each engine gets its own metrics so you can see where you win and where you're invisible.
Trends over time
Your metrics charted across collection cycles, with the confidence band drawn in. Movement is judged against the band, not the line — so you read signal, not noise.
Competitor comparison
You and your competitor set on the same prompts, side by side, for share of voice, presence and position. This is the raw input to the source gap.
Answer & citation feed
The actual answers the engines gave, with the citations each one used — click any number through to the receipts. ~90–95% of citations are third-party pages, not your own site.
Model-version markers
Every datapoint is tagged with the engine's model version. When ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude ships a model update, the dashboard draws a marker on the trend line at that point — so a sudden jump or drop is attributable to their model change, not mistaken for your own SEO win or loss.
