Do you charge per engine or per model?
Per engine, and only above what your plan already includes — never per model. Starter and Agency Starter track ChatGPT; Growth and Agency Growth include ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Any engine your plan doesn't include is $50/mo, added and cancelled one at a time — Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Perplexity on Starter, Grok, DeepSeek and Perplexity on Growth. Runs, prompts and seats stay flat: there are no measurement credits to ration.
Is anything metered?
Measurement never is — prompts, engines, runs and seats are flat, and re-running a prompt costs you nothing. One optional thing is metered: Growth and Agency Growth include the agent-draft lane, where the agent writes content for you to review, and each draft spends 1 credit from a credit balance. Credits are bought separately, in one-time packs (from $29 for 25 credits up to $249 for 300) rather than as a subscription. Nothing drafts without you asking it to, every draft waits for a human to approve it, and if you never touch the lane you never buy a credit.
Aren't Gemini and Google AI Overviews the same thing?
No — they're two different Google surfaces, and we measure them separately because they cite different sources. Gemini is Google's answer API, grounded with Google Search: you ask it a question and it answers. Google AI Overviews is the AI block Google renders at the top of the search results page — a different retrieval stack, its own set of citations, read from licensed search data rather than an answer API (we label it as such throughout the product). Being cited in one does not mean being cited in the other. Both are included in your plan at one price — you are never charged twice for Google.
What counts as a prompt?
A buyer-intent query we run across the engines your plan measures, multiple times, to produce a confidence-ranged result. You're never billed per run or per engine.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — monthly Starter and Growth start with a 3-day free trial. It needs a card: we store your payment details at checkout and charge you automatically when the 3 days are up, unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. You can also create a free account without a card to add your brand and competitors and look around, but measuring itself needs the trial or a plan.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth and Enterprise?
Starter tracks ChatGPT — the full measure-and-diagnose stack for one brand at 30 prompts per brand with a daily refresh, source-gap playbook, audit-my-page and MCP access — and you can add extra brands at +$100/mo each, or add engines à la carte at $50/mo per engine. Growth includes ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews in its price (adds Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews), raises the cap to 100 prompts per brand, and adds the agent-draft lane (draft-only, human-approved); Grok, DeepSeek and Perplexity stay à la carte there too, at the same $50/mo. How does agency pricing work?
Agency plans bundle client projects under one account — each project gets its own prompt set, dashboards, source-gap playbook and white-label client reports. Agency Starter covers 3 client projects at 30 prompts per project, tracking ChatGPT; Agency Growth covers 10 projects at 40, includes ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude and adds the agent-draft lane. On either tier the engines your plan leaves out are $50/mo each — Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Perplexity on Agency Starter, Grok, DeepSeek and Perplexity on Agency Growth.
