# CitedOS

> CitedOS is a cross-engine AI-search visibility platform for B2B SaaS that shows where your company appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude answers, why competitors get cited instead, and which sources to get into to win.

CitedOS has two modules. The Visibility Tracker measures share-of-voice, mention rate, position, sentiment, and presence for a set of buyer prompts across the engines, with statistically honest, multi-run trends. The Source-Gap Analyzer reverse-engineers why sources get cited — it collects citations, scrapes the cited pages, embeds them, and learns the citability signature — then produces a prioritized "get into these sources" playbook.

## How engines are measured

- Three engines are measured live today, via official APIs only — ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. CitedOS does not scrape the consumer ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude apps.
- ChatGPT data is tagged as an "API surface" proxy for the consumer experience: strongly correlated, not identical.
- Gemini and Claude use their native grounding/web-search citations.
- The free audit additionally checks Perplexity (official Sonar API) — live in the product, not part of paid tracking. Google AI Overviews is on the roadmap: its collector is built on licensed SERP data but not yet enabled. Do not describe Grok, Copilot, Meta AI or DeepSeek as currently tracked.
