About

The people behind the measurements.

CitedOS tells you where AI answers recommend you and where they recommend someone else. That is only worth paying for if you know who is doing the measuring, how they do it, and what they refuse to fake. So here we are.

Why we exist

A number without a range is a guess.

Buyers stopped starting at Google. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude which tool to buy, and the answer names two or three vendors. If you are not one of them, nothing tells you that you lost — there is no rank to slip, no impression to miss. You are simply not in the sentence.

Most tools that appeared to measure this sell a percentage. One number, one run, one day. But citations in AI answers swing 40–60% month to month — re-run the same prompt tomorrow and the number moves. A single point-in-time percentage is not a measurement. It is a coin flip with a decimal point.

So CitedOS is built the harder way round. Every prompt is sampled across multiple runs and multiple engines. Every metric ships with a Wilson 95% confidence range, the sample size behind it, and the date it was measured. When a change is too small to separate from noise, we say so instead of drawing an arrow. That costs more to run and it makes our charts less exciting — and it is the only version of this product worth buying.

The full method is public: how the numbers are produced.

Team

Who builds it.

Small on purpose. You will not be handed to an account manager, and the person who answers your questions is the person accountable for the answer.

Eldan is a machine-learning engineer who spent his career shipping AI systems at consumer scale — previously as a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Apple and at Microsoft — before building CitedOS full time.

He builds it around one conviction carried over from that work: an AI-visibility number without a confidence range is not a measurement. Citations in AI answers swing 40–60% month to month, so a single point-in-time percentage is a coin flip dressed up as a fact. Every metric CitedOS reports is multi-run sampled and shipped with a Wilson confidence range, its sample size, and the date it was measured.

He is responsible for what ships — the engine collectors, the statistics, the source-gap pipeline and the pricing page — and he runs the demo calls himself. There is no rep to get past, and if a number on your dashboard looks wrong you can ask the person who is accountable for the code that produced it.

CitedOS is operated by E-Nomad LLP, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and built for teams in the US and EU.

How we work

Three rules we do not bend.

Honesty

Ranges, not single numbers

Every metric is multi-run sampled and reported with a Wilson 95% confidence range, its sample size and a freshness date. A wide band on a small sample is the truth; a tidy bare percentage is a guess wearing a suit.

Compliance

Official APIs, never scraped apps

Every engine is measured through its official API. We do not scrape the consumer ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude apps — it breaks their terms and it breaks the moment they ship a redesign. Where an API surface differs from the consumer product, we label it instead of hiding it.

Proof

No invented logos or metrics

We are new, so we do not show customer logos we have not earned, quotes nobody said, or “+40% visibility” numbers we cannot stand behind. We would rather show you the method and let you check it.
